Professor Al-Dawoud possesses the ability to lead and manage companies and implement projects by drawing up and implementing plans and strategies. His practical experience includes full professional knowledge of managing direct investment activities locally and globally in various economic sectors, managing all types of investments in local and international financial markets, especially with regard to securities, managing investment portfolios and investment funds, and experience in dealing with major local and international companies and banks. Professor Al-Dawoud has held many leadership positions during his long professional career.

Mr. Mohammed possesses business acumen, leadership skills, and insightful insight that enable him to effectively oversee the Board's operations. He guides the company and supports the interests of shareholders. He is decisive in selecting and managing executives to ensure long-term operational success. During his long and distinguished career, Mr. Mohammed has held numerous leadership positions.

Mr. Khaled holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Lavern, California, in 1999, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University in 1997. He holds numerous professional certifications in banking credit, the legal aspects of banking, and fraud detection, forgery, and money laundering. Throughout his career, Professor Khaled has held numerous leadership positions.

Mr. Ahmed is a fund manager with over 13 years of experience in banking, investment operations, and fund management. With a strong background in investment banking, he specializes in portfolio management, asset allocation, and delivering long-term value through strategic investment solutions.

Mr. Fahad holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida, USA, 2002. Professor Fahad has extensive experience in establishing companies, managing businesses, and seizing investment opportunities. He has the ability to collaborate and communicate globally to explore progressive solutions to obstacles related to establishing, managing, sustaining, and quality of businesses by promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship in creating new job opportunities through the experience of social business networking. Professor Fahad has held many leadership positions during his career.

Mr. Hosam is an experienced Compliance and AML/CTF professional with over 5 years of experience across various financial institutions regulated by the CMA and SAMA. His expertise spans FinTech companies, investment funds, and capital markets. Mr. Munshi holds several professional certifications, including the Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) designation and the TADAWUL disclosure certificate, demonstrating his specialized knowledge in compliance, capital markets, and insurance.

Mr. Dileep brings over two decades of expertise in infrastructure project planning, financing, and management. He is a graduate in science and a professional accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). 

Dileep Nadesan has a distinguished track record in financial strategy, fund mobilization, and business advisory. Before joining the company, he was serving as Head of Finance & Accounts and played a pivotal role in enhancing financial planning and efficiency.

Mr. Khaled holds a bachelor's degree in law from King Saud University and is the founder of the Khaled Abdul Mohsen Al-Rusais Contracting Establishment and the Khaled Abdul Mohsen Al-Rusais Real Estate Office. He has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career.

Mr. Naser holds a Master's degree in International Management from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Sussex (2015). He has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career.

Mr. Ahmed holds a bachelor's degree from the United States. He is the Operations Manager at Bait Al Mal Al Khaleeji , bringing over seven years of experience across various financial institutions. He oversees daily operations in asset management and client services, ensuring the highest standards of performance and operational efficiency. In his role, Mr. Ahmed collaborates with the executive team to drive strategic growth and maintain regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment. He also leads customer excellence initiatives, enhancing processes from onboarding and account opening to relationship management and client support.

Hassan has nearly seven years of experience across various administrative fields and is distinguished by his strong leadership and practical skills. He has completed numerous specialized training programs in both administrative and social disciplines. He is currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at BMK, where he plays an active role in developing human capital and enhancing the organizational work environment.
